I am having a configuration issue with a client’s WordPress website and her MailChimp account.
On the website, there is an email optin form in the header area.
This form is set up with “Gravity Forms” plugin. It appears that the header optin email form is set up correctly. I can test it by entering a name and email, I go to the correct “Thank You Page” and then I get an email with the User Notification message set up in the WordPress Admin Panel. That’s all good.
However, I notice that in MailChimp, the test email is not added to the list, “Southern Femme Contacts”. Nor is there any email asking me to confirm my address. So it’s like MailChimp and the WordPress form are not speaking to each other.
I am not familiar enough with this (I’m a designer), so I need support from a developer that is familiar with Mailchimp and/or Gravity Forms to help me.
